This website offers physical soft ballet slippers and rhythmic ribbons, not classes or professional fitting services. Adult purchasers should read the item specification and these policies before submitting. No external brand, performance certification or governing-body approval is implied.

Product specifications

Each product has its own material, sole or ribbon construction, dimensions, price, SKU and supplied format. Color display can vary by screen. Slippers are soft, flat practice footwear and not pointe shoes, street shoes or protective equipment. Ribbon length does not establish competitive compliance. Keep cords and wands away from faces and use with adequate clear space.

Ordering and acceptance

Checkout sends an order request; it does not charge a card or bank account. After reviewing the selection and delivery address, we contact you with written confirmation and private bank-transfer instructions. Pay within 5 calendar days of that confirmation, quoting your order reference. Do not pay before confirmation and never put card numbers, bank passwords or account credentials in order notes. No online card payment is offered.

We review availability, address and the requested items before written confirmation. If a material error or unavailable item affects your selection, we explain the issue and let you cancel before payment. A reference confirms receipt of your request, not payment, dispatch or a guarantee of reserved stock.

Prices and delivery

We ship to street addresses in the contiguous United States and DC. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, international destinations and PO boxes are excluded. Standard delivery is $6.95 per order, free at a merchandise subtotal of $100. Preparation takes 1–2 business days after confirmed payment, followed by 3–5 business days in transit: 4–7 business days total. Business days are Monday–Friday excluding US federal holidays. All prices are USD and include applicable sales tax; no extra tax is added at checkout.

Returns and cancellation

Request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Ordinary returns must be unused, clean, complete and in their original packaging. Slippers may be tried on only on a clean indoor surface; visibly worn soles are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. Ribbons must not be cut, marked or washed, and wands, clips and swivels must be included. A $6.95 prepaid label is deducted from the refund for an ordinary return. There is no restocking fee.

Confirmed defects and supply errors are handled at our expense. Refund initiation is within 7 business days of returned-goods receipt, with 1–5 additional business days for bank processing. Contact us before dispatch about a paid cancellation; accepted cancellations are refunded in full.

Responsible use and disputes

Inspect seams, elastic, clips, swivels and wands before practice. Stop using damaged parts. Children require appropriate adult supervision, particularly around long ribbons. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us first with the reference and remedy sought; unresolved concerns can be directed to Colorado consumer protection or the FTC. We do not require you to waive statutory remedies.

Website use

Do not interfere with checkout security, submit another person’s details without permission or upload sensitive information in notes. Product pages and policies may be updated for future orders. Changes do not silently alter an already confirmed order; agreed corrections are explained separately.
