Shipping Policy
Know the territory, rate and timing before you order.
Coverage and cost
We ship to street addresses in the contiguous United States and DC. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, international destinations and PO boxes are excluded. Standard delivery is $6.95 per order, free at a merchandise subtotal of $100. Preparation takes 1–2 business days after confirmed payment, followed by 3–5 business days in transit: 4–7 business days total. Business days are Monday–Friday excluding US federal holidays. All prices are USD and include applicable sales tax; no extra tax is added at checkout.
From request to dispatch
After you submit, we review the selected SKU, quantity and address and aim to respond within 2 business days. An order reference alone is not a dispatch confirmation. The preparation clock begins after payment is confirmed. We will not substitute a sole construction or ribbon length without your agreement.
Address changes and tracking
Send corrections with your existing reference as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before dispatch. We provide available tracking details after shipment. Monitor the tracking and allow safe access to your address; we cannot promise a particular arrival hour or a weekend service.
Delays, loss and damage
Contact us if tracking stops progressing or delivery passes the stated window. We will investigate with the carrier and agree a replacement or refund for a confirmed failed delivery. For damaged packages, retain the packaging and describe the damage; photographs help but are not a condition of your legal rights. Do not return a package to an unconfirmed address.
Split shipments and cancellations
The stated delivery charge applies once to the order, even if we arrange a split shipment. We do not add another charge without agreement. Unpaid requests may be cancelled. If an item cannot be supplied, we offer a revised option or cancellation before taking payment; paid undeliverable items are refunded.
