Returns Policy
A clear process for fit changes, defects and missing items.
Window and eligibility
Request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Ordinary returns must be unused, clean, complete and in their original packaging. Slippers may be tried on only on a clean indoor surface; visibly worn soles are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. Ribbons must not be cut, marked or washed, and wands, clips and swivels must be included. A $6.95 prepaid label is deducted from the refund for an ordinary return. There is no restocking fee.
Start a return
Email your order reference, SKU, quantity and reason. We aim to answer within 2 business days with authorization and a label. Defects and incorrect goods
Tell us promptly about a broken wand, damaged seam, missing attachment or incorrect item. Stop using an unsafe product. Confirmed defects, damage in transit and supply mistakes receive a free return label and a replacement or refund as appropriate. These remedies do not use the ordinary-return label deduction. The unused-goods restriction does not remove genuine defect rights.
Refund timing and amount
We inspect the returned goods and initiate the agreed refund within 7 business days of receipt. Refunds go by bank transfer to the verified original payer; bank processing may take another 1–5 business days. For an ordinary return we refund accepted merchandise less the $6.95 label; original outbound delivery is not refundable. For our error or a confirmed defect we refund affected goods and applicable original shipping without a return-label deduction.
Exchanges and exclusions
For a different construction, request a return and place a separate order after checking the new specification. We do not promise an exchange is available. Used, altered or incomplete goods are excluded from discretionary returns, not from rights for genuine defects. No restocking fee applies. If inspection identifies an eligibility issue, we explain it before making a deduction or disposing of goods.
