How we help with physical accessories and orders.
Scope of assistance
We sell soft ballet slippers and rhythmic gymnastics ribbons with wands. Assistance covers the listed construction, fit measurements, included parts, care, ordering and delivery. This shop does not book lessons, instruction, performances, memberships or appointments. No pointe shoes, medical assessment or competition certification are offered.
Selection questions
For slippers, tell us your foot length and the construction you are comparing. The current slipper format is adult US 6 with a 23.5 cm insole; street sizes are not a universal fit guide. For ribbons, describe your available space and preferred length. Longer tails need more clearance. We explain published specifications but cannot assess an individual dancer remotely.
Response targets
We aim to answer new order and product questions within 2 business days, Monday–Friday excluding US federal holidays. Quote the order reference instead of submitting another checkout. If an issue remains unresolved, request further review with the timeline and desired remedy; our follow-up target is 5 business days.
Corrections and substitutions
Send the exact SKU and desired change before dispatch. We explain any effect on the total or preparation time before you agree. A split sole is not substituted for a full sole, and a shorter ribbon is not substituted for a longer one without consent. Unpaid requests can be cancelled; accepted paid cancellations follow Payment Policy.
Aftercare and resolution
Keep packaging when reporting missing or damaged parts and stop using unsafe equipment. Confirmed defects or our supply errors use a free return label. Ordinary eligible returns follow the 30-day window and $6.95 label described in Returns.
