Payment sequence
Checkout sends an order request; it does not charge a card or bank account. After reviewing the selection and delivery address, we contact you with written confirmation and private bank-transfer instructions. Pay within 5 calendar days of that confirmation, quoting your order reference. Do not pay before confirmation and never put card numbers, bank passwords or account credentials in order notes. No online card payment is offered.
Amounts and tax
All product and delivery prices are USD with applicable sales tax included. The server calculates the merchandise total and delivery charge from the selected catalogue items. Shipping is $6.95 below $100 merchandise and free from $100. The amount in our written confirmation must match the agreed goods and delivery; ask us to correct any difference before paying.
Secure instructions
Verify unexpected changes to payment instructions using our published phone number. We never ask for your banking password, one-time codes or full card details. Transfers are not instant evidence of stock reservation or shipment; keep your bank confirmation and order reference so we can reconcile payment privately.
Unpaid and cancelled requests
Unpaid requests can be cancelled without a fee. After 5 calendar days without payment, we may release the selection and ask you to confirm a new request. Contact us before dispatch to cancel a paid order. Accepted pre-dispatch cancellations receive a full refund initiated within 7 business days, with another 1–5 business days allowed for bank processing.
Refunds and disputes
Returns follow the separate Returns Policy. Refunds are made by bank transfer to the verified original payer. Never send a duplicate payment because confirmation has not arrived; contact us with the existing reference and payment date. If a transfer appears incorrect or fraudulent, contact your bank immediately as well as notifying us.
